Ingredients:

50 g,  Butter

2  Medium leeks, chopped

1 level tbsp,  Mild curry powder

200 ml,  Single cream

1 level tsp,  Salt

Preparation:

  1. Melt the butter in a large pan and add the leeks
  2. Sweat for 5-6 minutes until soft then add the curry powder and seasoning
  3. Cook for a few minutes then add the cream
  4. Warm through then check the seasoning and serve
